Expired and deleted Messages were delayed for some secure message recipients.

    Some system messages generated for expired and deleted message, that were being stored in a holder queue due to a technical issue, were released this morning between the hours of 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

    The notification messages were generate between the dates of 2024-02-15 to 2024-02-29 and were not sent to recipients previously.

    Since some of the system notifications are dated, this may cause some confusion when being received by recipients.


    This incident has been resolved. We apologize for the this inconvenience.

    We are planning for scheduled maintenance on Sunday December 17, 2023 between the hours of 2:00 AM ET- 4:00 AM ET.

    This maintenance windows it expected to last less than 2 hours.

    During this maintenance window, we anticipate the need to restart the database cluster. This restart event may delay email deliveries and US regional secure portals access for a 5 - 12 minutes time span at or about 2:00AM ET.

    There will be no interruption to secure portals outside the US region.
